Educational Qualifications & Age Limit : 13/05/2026
- For Junior Executives (E0): Candidates must hold a 3-year full-time Diploma or B.Sc in the relevant engineering/science field with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). The maximum age limit is 25 years.
- For Engineers / Senior Engineers / Managers (E1 to E5): Requires a 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, IS) with 60% marks (50% for reserved categories). The maximum age ranges from 25 years to 42 years, depending on the grade and required work experience (which ranges from 0 to 12 years).
- For Finance & Medical Roles: Finance Officer roles require a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with 50% marks. The Medical Officer position requires an MBBS degree alongside an AFIH certification.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates as per government directives.

- Junior Executives (Grade E0 – 40 Posts): Vacancies in Chemical, Mechanical, and Fire & Safety. CTC: Approx. ₹8.87 Lakhs per annum.
- Assistant Engineers / Officers (Grade E1 – 16 Posts): Vacancies in Chemical, Instrumentation, Finance, and Information Systems (IS). CTC: Approx. ₹12.11 Lakhs per annum.
- Engineers / Medical Officer (Grade E2 – 40 Posts): Vacancies in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Finance, and Medical. CTC: Approx. ₹15.03 Lakhs per annum.
- Senior Engineers (Grade E3 – 14 Posts): Vacancies in Chemical (Process) and Mechanical. CTC: Approx. ₹18.34 Lakhs per annum.
- Senior Managers (Grade E5 – 19 Posts): Vacancies in Technical Planning, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Finance. CTC: Approx. ₹24.81 Lakhs per annum.
- Fixed Term Employments (FTE – 5 Posts): High-level Plant Head roles for various refinery units with a consolidated remuneration of up to ₹76.75 Lakhs per annum.
Selection Process & Physical Fitness Test
- For Grade E0 (Junior Executives): The selection involves a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by a Skill Test and a Personal Interview. Crucial Detail: Candidates applying for E0 Chemical, Mechanical, and Fire & Safety must pass a Physical Fitness Efficiency Test. Since the job involves climbing tall structures, monkey ladders, and operating in hazardous areas, candidates must clear an Agility test, Endurance test, and a “working at height” test.
- For Grades E1 & E2 (Asst. Engineers / Engineers): Candidates will undergo a Computer Based Test (CBT) comprising General Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. Shortlisted candidates will then face a Group Task / Group Discussion, followed by a Personal Interview.
- For Grades E3 & E5 (Senior Engineers & Managers): Selection will be based on a thorough profile scrutiny followed directly by a Technical Competency Interview and a Behavioural Competency Interview.
- (Note: All selected candidates across all grades must clear a strict Pre-Employment Medical Examination before final placement).
